Complaints  Procedure

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with the service supplied @Salonm , Please call the salon within 7 days of having your service done to advise of any issues you may have. SalonM will rectify this promptly either by redoing the service free of charge or giving you a full refund,

 

No other form of compensation will be offered.

Responsibility of the Client

The client shall inform SalonM of any issue that may affect the use of any equipment or products, This includes but is not limited to sensitivities , allergies and medical conditions, SalonM cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to the clients failure to inform them of any known condition ; SalonM reserves the right too refuse service to the client or members of the party for , but not limited to , infectious conditions / abuse and threatening behaviour.
